What will you be doing?
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the business - handling the 5 Business Franchises (Recon, Trauma, SPM, AWM & ENT).
Responsibilities:
Take minutes during meetings
Organise and schedule meetings
Compile expense reports
Coordinate internal communications within the organisation
Responsible for the successful execution of logistic work for all product launch activities, promotions, tradeshows, exhibitions, and conferences
Maintain accurate records, both physical and digital
Successful candidates will need the following:
Previous experience as sales admin / marketing coordinator
Education: Diploma in Information Technology
Computer skills: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Communication skills: Fluent in English; French and/or Arabic is a plus
