Job Description

We are looking to employ a sales-driven and customer-oriented Tele Sales Officer to source Credit cards and Personal loans.
To be successful as a Sales Officer, you should be persuasive and knowledgeable of UAE credit cards and Personal Loans. Ultimately, an outstanding Sales Officer should have a strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Sales Officer Responsibilities:

Call Customers from the lists given by Soulwallet and sell credit cards, personal loans, and bank account products.
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers.
Explain company products and source leads for credit cards and personal loans.
Answer customers' questions and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Tele Sales Officer Requirements:

Any Bachelor's degree.
1 to 2 years of credit card/loans/accounts/insurance tele sales experience in the UAE (mandatory).
Exceptional selling skills.
Maintain a pleasant personality at all times.
Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Languages:

Fluent in English (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic is a plus)
