Job Description
Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff on best practices and quality standards.
Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures that align with company goals.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous enhancement of products and processes.
Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained to provide accurate and reliable results.
Document inspection findings meticulously, providing clear reports that highlight any discrepancies or non-conformities.
Desired Candidate Profile
3-5 years of Shutdown/Turnaround experience in the UAE with ADNOC group of companies.
5-7 years of Shutdown/Turnaround experience in the GCC region, including Qatar, KSA, Oman, etc., in the Oil & Gas sector.
Experience in piping/welding and pressure vessel repair is an added advantage.
Possess ASNT/PCN Level II certifications in PT, MT, RT, UT (API 510, 570, etc. will be an added advantage).
Strong communication skills (able to communicate with workers, foremen, supervisors, and clients).
Fluent in English, with an understanding of Hindi/Urdu.
