Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Software QA Engineer to lead our quality assurance efforts across enterprise-level digital transformation projects. This role demands a proven background in test automation, security testing, and QA team leadership in fast-paced environments.
You must have demonstrable expertise in Selenium automation, SonarQube integration, stress and load testing (JMeter, Grafana K6), Azure security testing, SOC 2 compliance, and practical experience in VAPT planning and execution. This role involves deep collaboration with engineering and product teams, as well as clients during UAT phases. Candidates will be technically verified during interviews, so only serious applicants with hands-on experience should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of automated test frameworks using Selenium and other tools.
Integrate and monitor code quality through SonarQube, ensuring test coverage and maintainability.
Plan and conduct manual, functional, regression, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter and Grafana K6.
Implement and validate unit testing frameworks in collaboration with engineering teams.
Conduct Azure security testing, participate in VAPT plans, and manage SOC 2 compliance activities.
Manage QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, test reports, and RCA reviews.
Plan and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews with product teams to address issues and continuously improve processes.
Engage directly with clients for UAT planning, execution, and sign-off processes.
Plan and allocate testing efforts efficiently across multiple projects and sprints.
Design and maintain QA processes and programs for internal QA improvement and team maturity.
Ensuring productivity, alignment, and best practices across teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of enterprise QA experience, with a strong emphasis on automation and security testing.
Hands-on expertise in Selenium, SonarQube, JMeter, and Grafana K6.
Strong working knowledge of Azure security protocols and VAPT testing plans.
Proven experience with SOC 2 compliance management and documentation.
Familiarity with unit testing tools (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, or similar) and planning/testing in collaboration with developers.
Excellent documentation skills capable of producing clear test plans, test cases, and result summaries.
Ability to lead RCA sessions, QA reviews, and define quality KPIs.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Must be certified in QA/testing frameworks (ISTQB, Agile Tester, or equivalent).
Availability to work in US EST and PST time zones is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Prior experience working in client-facing roles or globally distributed teams.
Exposure to industry-standard security and compliance tools.
