We are looking for a DevOps Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud and on-premises infrastructure. This role demands deep expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift, and modern DevOps practices to drive automation, security, scalability, and reliability across our platforms. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in DevOps and be proficient in CI/CD automation, containerization, infrastructure as code (IaC), and security best practices.
As a DevOps Lead, you will oversee the DevOps team, define best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment workflows, security, and performance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
Requirements

10-15 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and CI/CD.
Expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises solutions (OpenShift, VMware Tanzu).
Deep Kubernetes experience (EKS, AKS, GKE, OpenShift) with Helm, Kustomize, and Istio.
Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) – Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, Ansible.
Proficient in Python, Bash, and Lambda for automation and scripting.
Experience in DevSecOps & cloud security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST).
Expertise in observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
Strong networking and API gateway knowledge – Kong Gateway, Nginx, AWS API Gateway.
Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, defining DevOps best practices and automation strategies.
Hands-on experience on network systems including VPC, cloud firewalls, security groups, etc.
