We are currently seeking a dedicated Consultant/Specialist Ophthalmologist to join our esteemed team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality ophthalmic care, diagnosing and treating a variety of eye conditions, and developing treatment plans that improve the visual health of our patients. Your expertise and compassion will be vital in ensuring positive patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess patients' medical histories.
  • Diagnose and manage eye diseases and conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.
  • Perform surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, LASIK, and other ophthalmic surgeries when needed.
  • Provide non-surgical interventions and treatments, including the prescription of medications.
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Monitor and follow up with patients to track progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ophthalmology through continuous education and professional development

Requirements
  • Medical degree and current license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Ophthalmologist.
  • Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating various eye diseases and conditions.
  • Proven skills in performing surgical and non-surgical ophthalmic procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of ophthalmic practices, technologies, and treatment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and fellow healthcare professionals.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on industry trends.
