Our premium oysters are cultivated in the pristine waters of the Fujairah Emirate, employing sustainable aquaculture practices that underscore our dedication to quality, passion on what we are doing, innovation, and ecological stewardship.
The Brand Promoter will represent and promote our brand within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) sector. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building relationships, increasing brand awareness, and delivering exceptional customer service in the hospitality industry. You will work closely with HORECA clients, creating engaging experiences, and ensuring the brand message is consistently communicated and executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Identify and prioritize potential hotels and upscale dining venues as target clientele.
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers, chefs, and F&B managers at targeted establishments.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into the unique attributes of Dibba Bay Oysters and assisting with culinary requirements.
Product Promotion and Sales:
- Working with the Sales Manager – HORECA, develop actionable plans and strategies to effectively market Dibba Bay Oysters and achieve sales objectives.
- Deliver informative product presentations during sampling visits, highlighting the farm-to-table journey and sustainability practices.
- Emphasize the superior taste and versatility of Dibba Bay Oysters to encourage menu integration and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to oysters and seafood.
- Utilize insights gathered during sampling visits to identify emerging market opportunities and adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Sampling and Tastings:
- Conduct regular visits to selected hotels and fine dining establishments for oyster sampling sessions.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to organize tastings, ensuring clients experience the exceptional quality of Dibba Bay Oysters firsthand.
- Conduct live oyster tastings, engage with potential clients, and drive sales through product demonstrations.
Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions to kitchen staff and service teams on proper handling, shucking, and presentation of Dibba Bay Oysters.
- Ensure staff are knowledgeable and confident in promoting and serving our products to enhance the dining experience.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sampling visits, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Generate regular reports on sampling outcomes, customer preferences, and opportunities for improvement to inform sales strategies.
Industry Engagement:
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and culinary exhibitions to showcase Dibba Bay Oysters. This will require some flexibility in work timings (evenings and weekends as required).
- Other tasks deemed appropriate by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field desirable.
- Proven experience in brand promotion or sales, with at least 2-3 years in the hospitality industry (preferably with HORECA clients).
- UAE Driving licence mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of the HORECA sector and market dynamics.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to confidently demonstrate products and services.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box to develop engaging promotional campaigns.
- Fluent in English, with French and Arabic being preferred.
