Your Role:

As a Private Client Advisor/Real Estate Sales Agent, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions, guiding them seamlessly through their property investment journey. Your role involves everything from recognising their needs to finalising the sale and ensuring their investments are sound and profitable.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Precisely match clients to off-plan or secondary market properties, serving as their investment adviser.
  2. Cultivate robust relationships with developers, property owners, and investors.
  3. Conduct thorough market appraisals and valuations.
  4. Proactively self-generate leads and new business opportunities from our extensive client database.
  5. Schedule and lead engaging property viewings.
  6. Skilfully negotiate offers to satisfy both buyers and sellers.
  7. Oversee sales processes, ensuring smooth transitions and liaising with all relevant parties.
  8. Develop expertise regarding your designated area in Dubai, showcasing local amenities to potential buyers.
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's residential property market rules and regulations.
  10. Amplify your brand's presence and engage with audiences on social media.

What You Bring to the Table:

  1. A valid UAE / EU / US / UK driving license.
  2. Effective time management and organisational skills.
  3. Fluent in English or Arabic; proficiency in Hindi, French, Spanish, or Russian is a bonus.
  4. Stellar communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  5. A result-oriented approach coupled with determination and self-motivation.
  6. Familiarity with leveraging social media for professional growth.
