Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement HVAC systems, plumbing systems, special plumbing systems, fire fighting systems, and site development services.
- Prepare design criteria as per engineering discipline and adhere to Saudi Arabia codes and Saudi Council of Engineers regulations.
- Create comprehensive submittals including draft drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, flow diagrams, and standard details.
- Prepare design drawings for HVAC systems for residential and commercial complexes based on total cooling flow requirements.
- Complete HVAC design concepts, ensuring proper flow and total engineering conversion.
- Draft system designs for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air ducts, and louvers, including all necessary dampers and outlets.
- Design drainage systems with one-way and two-way distribution for stack ejection.
- Calculate invert levels for site piping layouts, ensuring minimum slope and utilizing lift stations as needed.
- Draft design scope for kitchen appliances, including waste disposal systems with grease and oil interceptors.
