Responsibilities
- Master the art of preparing authentic South Indian dishes from flavorful curries to crispy dosas ensuring consistent taste and quality.
- Efficiently manage kitchen operations including ingredient preparation, cooking, plating and maintaining a pristine workspace.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards ensuring all dishes are prepared and handled in a sanitary manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to execute daily specials and menu items with precision and speed.
Qualifications
- A passionate South Indian Cook with a proven track record of preparing authentic regional cuisine.
- Possesses at least 2-3 years of experience in a professional South Indian kitchen environment.
- Proficient in traditional South Indian cooking techniques and spice blends.
- Holds a Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent qualification.
