Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles, ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks, to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets.
Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Experience in high-volume recruitment is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting real estate agents, property consultants, sales professionals, or other commission-based sales roles is strongly preferred.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Proven ability to recruit candidates quickly and work toward hiring targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media sourcing.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
Good English communication skills.
