Overview

We are currently working with a well-established Chinese bank that entered the UAE market in 2016 and is regulated by CBUAE. With the goal of developing a regional hub for banking activities in the MENA region, the bank has primarily developed its operations through trade finance, bilateral loans, syndication, interbank placement, investment and trading, RMB clearing, and AED clearing.

They are currently seeking Emirati professionals to join their Human Resource department:

What You Will Do
  • Direct and oversee talent acquisition and onboarding initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee documentation in accordance with UAE MOHRE regulations.
  • Facilitate positive employee relations and implement effective conflict resolution strategies.
  • Orchestrate and execute professional development initiatives.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration.
  • Facilitate performance evaluation processes and deliver strategic support.
What You Will Need
  • UAE National status with valid family book and Emirates ID.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional excellence, accountability, and organizational compliance.
  • Proven adaptability and commitment to continuous professional growth.
  • Excellence in analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Exemplary record of regulatory compliance, professional integrity, and dedication to role responsibilities.
  • Adherence to established Branch employee management protocols.
  • Strict observation of Branch-specific policies and procedural guidelines.
  • Provision of comprehensive support to Department Head and execution of core responsibilities.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional results in both qualitative and quantitative aspects of assigned duties.
