Job Summary

Supervise daily Color Coating Line operations to meet production, quality, and safety targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily production targets
  • Monitor coating, oven, and inspection processes
  • Ensure quality (shade, DFT, adhesion)
  • Control downtime, scrap, and rework
  • Enforce safety and PPE compliance
  • Maintain production and quality records

Requirements

  • CCL process knowledge, minimum 5+ years' experience in relevant role.
  • Quality and safety awareness
  • Team handling skills
  • Basic reporting skills
