Job Description

1. The first point of contact for new students, parents, visitors, and other customers; and to deal with their requests and inquiries as appropriate.
2. Welcoming and assisting new students, parents, and guests who visit the Sheik Zayed Center.
3. Assisting in the admission and registration process.
4. Liaising with the Registration Office, Colleges, and other Offices, ensuring that the student-related processes
5. Guide and help the new students in opening their files online through the AU Web Page.
