Transportation Program Manager – Supply Chain Planning (Dubai, UAE) – Amazon focused on managing transportation planning, forecasting, and network optimization programs across MEA and Türkiye. This opportunity drives high-impact supply chain initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end transportation planning including forecasting, capacity management, and flow control
• Execute daily operations and peak planning strategies to ensure service continuity
• Design and launch strategic programs to improve supply chain planning and forecasting accuracy
• Develop scalable network models and transportation solutions
• Balance trade-offs between cost, service levels, and operational constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across retail, fulfillment, transportation, and finance
• Manage integration with internal systems and ensure seamless operational execution
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across transportation operations
• Establish performance metrics and reporting frameworks for operational and financial tracking
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data and analytics
• Lead program expansion efforts while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction standards
• Travel across regions including South Africa as required

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of program or project management experience
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis functions
• Experience using SQL for data querying and insights generation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Experience in stakeholder management across different organizational levels
• Knowledge of Python, machine learning, or advanced analytics is an advantage
