Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and assess damage.
Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to specific pest problems, ensuring effectiveness and safety.
Apply pesticides and other control measures in compliance with local regulations and safety standards to minimize environmental impact.
Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including sanitation practices and habitat modification to reduce future infestations.
Maintain detailed records of service visits, treatments applied, and client interactions to ensure effective follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pest control measures, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
Stay updated on the latest pest control techniques, products, and regulatory changes to provide the best service possible.
Utilize specialized equipment and tools, including sprayers and traps, to effectively manage pest populations.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and service requests, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to customer care.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance service delivery and support continuous improvement initiatives.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in pest management are a plus.
Previous experience in pest control or a related field, ideally 2-3 years, showcasing hands-on technical skills.
Certification from a recognized pest control authority, demonstrating knowledge of local regulations and safety practices.
Proven ability to identify various pests and their behaviors, allowing for effective treatment and prevention strategies.
Strong communication skills to educate clients and build rapport, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, ensuring timely service delivery and client follow-up.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle equipment and navigate diverse environments safely and efficiently.
Problem-solving skills to diagnose pest issues and creatively devise effective control strategies.
Adaptability to learn new techniques and technologies in an ever-evolving industry landscape.
Bilingual abilities in English and another language are preferred to cater to a wider client base.
