Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bodyshop Estimator based in Dubai. The Bodyshop Estimator will be responsible for assessing vehicle damages and providing accurate cost estimates for repairs. This includes inspecting vehicles, gathering information on repair needs, creating detailed cost estimates, and communicating with customers and insurance companies. The Bodyshop Estimator will also coordinate with the bodyshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in vehicle damage assessment and cost estimation
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and industry standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using estimation software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with insurance companies is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in auto repair or estimation is beneficial
