Join the AMXL team as a Logistics Supervisor in our Special Handling network. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for a site/s from operations and compliance point of view. You will be working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely launches and operations metrics. With customer obsession and a high sense of ownership, you will utilize your skills to identify patterns and any disruptions in it. You should be able to dive deep, scrutinize details and foresee data implications and will be placed in Last Mile station.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Responsible for monitoring performance and capacity of Third party logistics partners (3PL) under the roof and under the road.
  2. Monitor and analyze customer experience and delivery performance.
  3. Maintain and develop KPIs and SLAs with 3PL.
  4. Optimizing the 3PL's first and middle delivery network and improving speed to our customer through various initiatives.
  5. Contribute major projects within the UAE Operations Fulfillment / Supply Chain / Transportation to support business and selection growth.
  6. Contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external customers.
  7. Prioritize projects and software feature requests, evaluate and set stakeholder expectations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information across Amazon's Retail and external fulfillment teams.
  9. Own deployment of Continuous Improvement of network standards, in collaboration with MENA Process Owners, MENA ACES and local Process Managers.
  10. Audit the sites for various operational conformance, restrictions and norms.
  11. Conduct audits based on SOPs, analyze data and propose process improvement initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience managing teams.
  2. Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.
  3. UAE National with Family Book.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in logistics.
  2. Experience with data analysis.
