We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React Native, Golang (or Rust), and Node.js. You'll help transition our architecture from a Node.js monolith to a cloud-native Golang microservices setup deployed on AWS.

This is a unique opportunity to work on both product and protocol layers — from building high-performance mobile applications to integrating Solana smart contracts and decentralized infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Frontend (React Native)
    • Build and maintain the mobile app with a focus on performance and smooth UX.
    • Integrate blockchain wallets (e.g., Solana Wallet, MetaMask) for Web3 interactions.
    • Contribute to the migration from Node.js (Fastify, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM) to Golang microservices.
    • Develop scalable and secure APIs.
    • Deploy and monitor services on AWS and Cloudflare using Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
  2. Blockchain & Web3
    • Work on Solana programs (Rust, Anchor) related to user reputation, rewards, and NFTs.
    • Optimize interactions between on-chain and off-chain systems.
    • Focus on transaction efficiency, gas cost reduction, and indexing.
  3. DevOps & Scalability
    • Ensure the platform remains performant under high loads.
    • Improve CI/CD processes (GitHub Actions) and infrastructure observability.
    • Collaborate across services written in Golang, Rust, and TypeScript.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • React Native experience (TypeScript, UI/UX, mobile performance)
  • Proficiency in Golang or Rust for microservice development
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Fastify, PostgreSQL, and Drizzle ORM
  • Solid grasp of REST API design and scalable system architecture
  • Docker proficiency (Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Web3/blockchain fundamentals (smart contract interactions, wallets)
  • Willingness to work with Solana (Rust, Anchor)

Salary: from USDC 3,000 to USDC 6,000 depending on experience (flexible) per month

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of decentralized identity, ZKPs, or reputation models
  • Experience in Solana program development
  • Contributions to open-source crypto projects
  • DevOps skills (GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Kubernetes, monitoring tools)
