BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering projects that meet our high standards of quality, while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to manage projects from initiation to successful completion. You will be responsible for defining project goals and objectives, creating project plans, allocating resources, and ensuring effective communication between all project stakeholders. Your leadership skills and expertise in project management will be vital in driving project success and delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage projects of varying complexity, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet project objectives and quality standards.
  2. Create and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  4. Allocate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, effectively to ensure project success.
  5. Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
  6. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  7. Foster effective communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
  8. Ensure project documentation is created and maintained, including project charters, requirements documents, and change requests.
  9. Lead project meetings and facilitate effective decision-making and problem-solving.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  2. At least 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects in the software industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
