Experience: Minimum 10 years
Preferable Field: Blow Molding Mechanic

• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot blowing machines, 40 Bar Air compressor, and Pneumatic Circuits.
• Possess a basic understanding of electricity for safe and effective machine operation.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of beverage production lines.
• Provide support in the maintenance of mechanical systems across beverage lines.
• Ability to provide maintenance and breakdowns troubleshoot for all kinds of machines on beverage lines.
• Responsible for directing preventive/predictive maintenance programs designed to reduce unscheduled downtime (maximize equipment availability) to extend equipment life.
• Ability to identify spare parts requirements for the blowing machine.
• Basic knowledge about maintenance budget costs.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Sidel blowing machines.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to refer manuals/catalogs.

• 5 years' experience in beverage industry.

• Ability to handle critical machine maintenance independently.
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude in identifying and resolving issues.
