We're a fast-growing company delivering cutting-edge product experiences with a sharp focus on innovation and client satisfaction. We're seeking a highly analytical Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights that optimize client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) in our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client behavior, patterns, and campaign results to identify trends and opportunities for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Generate insights from client transaction data to identify high-value segments and improve targeting strategies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as CAC, ARPU, retention rates, and client lifetime value.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses of client engagement, churn, and campaign performance to guide retention initiatives and optimize user experience.
  • Support the marketing team with data-driven insights to improve client acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, CRM, and Product, to provide actionable data insights for business growth.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives such as promotional campaigns or market expansion.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, making sure insights are actionable and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in fintech or crypto industries.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Experience analyzing transactional or behavioral data to support business goals (e.g., acquisition, retention).
  • Ability to work with large datasets and deliver insights under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate data findings into actionable recommendations for acquisition and retention teams.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with crypto transaction analysis or payment systems.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., Python for data workflows).
