Abu Dhabi office in the UAE is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

The main objective of the role is to provide coordination activities for various clients and source the best technical staff (third-party inspections) in a timely manner, providing excellent service to our clients.

Client management:

  • Manage client requests for QA/QC, engineering, project support, and personnel for both site and office-based roles.
  • Liaise with clients throughout the candidate lifecycle, including proposal, interview, selection, and placement stages.

Candidate Management:

  • Source and match candidates to client requirements, providing project-specific and commodity-related guidance during preparation.
  • Ensure candidates are fully informed about their responsibilities, obligations, and deliverables.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates regarding contractual terms and conditions, allocation of task-related documents (e.g., ITPs, drawings, specifications), submission of site reports and resolution of client complaints.
  • Manage relationships with candidates through regular 'care calls' during assignments.
  • Update the Coordination Manager on candidate performance and project outcomes.

Performance Oversight:

  • Conduct at least four annual site visits under the guidance of the Senior Site Inspector, Operations Manager, or QC Lead Field to maintain client awareness of Fulkrum's monitoring practices.
  • Monitor candidate performance and adherence to project requirements, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Negotiate placements with candidates and clients with a keen eye on commercial aspects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Mentor and guide QC Coordinators, fostering growth within the team.
  • Ensure adherence to all client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain Fulkrum's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
