Responsibilities

As our E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our online presence, digital marketing efforts, customer service, and social media channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Marketplace Product Listings and Optimizations:
    - Create and manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
    - Optimize product listings for visibility and conversions, including keyword research and product descriptions.
    - Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
    - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  2. Customer Service:
    - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
    - Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain our reputation for quality and service.
  3. Social Media Management:
    - Curate and create engaging content for our social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    - Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

  1. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field and minimum 2 years experience.
  2. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Currently residing in Dubai and able to join immediately.
