Job Responsibilities:

  1. Regional market insight analysis and delivery for different categories of products and solutions.
  2. Combining market demand & current company product, solution & abilities to form the sales strategy and implement it.
  3. Identify and set up new channel partners and implement the onboarding process.
  4. Develop existing partners including negotiating contracts and following up on contract implementation on a monthly basis with both sales and management targets.
  5. Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Deal with different dealers, conduct detailed product analysis on each model they purchase, and optimize their product portfolio to increase business volume and company profit. Identify bottlenecks (both commercially and technically) and coordinate with relevant departments or companies to solve issues.
  7. Keep updated with the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  8. Set up and implement a routine training plan for partners and their customers.
  9. Provide weekly and monthly reporting on sales KPIs and meeting minutes.
  10. Manage certain direct transaction customers on orders and deliveries efficiently.
  11. Work on sales and revenue targets as set by the Channel Sales Director/Country Manager.
  12. Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager.
  13. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications specific to our industry, and maintaining personal networks to stay updated on the latest technologies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales-driven position in the Security/IT industry and familiar with the regional channel market.
  2. Degree in Engineering.
  3. Solid network within the local channel network.
  4. Strong sales skills, the ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs.
  5. Fast learner on new products & solutions, able to close deals with customers by discussing specific product and solution requirements.
  6. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  7. Persistent and proactive.
  8. Responsible and able to drive the business independently.
  9. Able to effectively motivate supporting teams and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment.
  10. Competitive and efficient in achieving targets.
  11. Strong public speaking, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  12. Have a valid driving license.
