As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing our training programs for HSE Managers in the Oil and Gas industry. You will engage with them to kickstart new training projects and collaborate with HSE experts to identify and meet training needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess training needs and propose effective solutions.

Apply instructional design principles to create engaging training courses, including instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning formats.

Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, schedules, work scope, and deliverables are met.

Design and collect metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.

Experience required:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in instructional design.

Preferred experience in working with industrial companies or O&G industry.

In-depth understanding of learning theories and instructional design models.

Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Dominknow ONE, Camtasia, and Adobe Photoshop.
