Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Nurse to manage our home care services in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of nurses, ensuring high quality care for our patients while handling administrative duties, documentation, and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage multiple nurses in the home care setting
- Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
- Handle all administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and coordination
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in their daily tasks
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
Requirements:
- Must have a valid DOH (Department of Health) license or eligibility for Abu Dhabi
- Proven experience in home care nursing and team management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
