Als Recruitment Consultant bij Triceps ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verbinden met de recruitment kant van bedrijven en begeleid je Talenten. Je bent succesvol in het werven van zowel kandidaten als nieuwe werkgevers; van scale-ups tot corporate. Breed geformuleerd, jazeker Wij hebben het over een verandering van denken en doen en dat kost tijd en energie. Triceps is een full service organisatie waarbij het draait om vakkundig advies. Als Consultant is dan ook geen dag hetzelfde. Dit betekent dat je zelfstandig bezoeken aflegt bij klanten en verantwoordelijk bent voor het realiseren van de gestelde commerciële targets.
Je bent al enkele jaren succesvol en actief binnen Human Resource, als Intercedent of in Talent management en je hebt interesse in wat mensen en bedrijven drijft. Je bent belangrijk voor bedrijf en individu wat breedte van denken en doen vraagt. Omdat je binnen Triceps je 'eigen bedrijfje' runt, doe je alle voorkomende werkzaamheden en je maakt zowel korte als lange termijn plannen. En vooral, je brengt continu kandidaten en bedrijven met elkaar in contact.
Je woont in de regio Utrecht, Eindhoven of in de directe omgeving zodat je, wanneer het straks weer kan, makkelijk naar onze vestiging kunt komen en onze klanten kunt bezoeken. Door de complexiteit van de baan is een HBO werk- en denkniveau een vereiste. Je voelt je comfortabel genoeg om ook gesprekken op niveau in het Engels te voeren.
Verder:
- Ben je gedreven en ambitieus om je als ondernemer in loondienst te bewijzen.
- Weet je waar de commerciële knoppen zitten en ben je in staat om telkens de passende mix te creëren voor het verder uitbouwen van de Talentbank.
- Ben jij een echte doorzetter die van uitdagingen houdt en mee wil groeien in Triceps.
- Beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
- Is prioriteiten stellen geen probleem en je kennis van digitaliteit een vanzelfsprekendheid (Kennis van Carerix Recruitment Software is nice to have).
- Ben je in het bezit van een rijbewijs.
