Business Planning Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Planning Assistant to support our strategic planning and operational processes. The ideal candidate will assist in data analysis, market research, and reporting to help drive informed business decisions. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in business analytics, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in business planning, forecasting, and strategy development.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and financial models.
- Analyze sales, revenue, and operational performance data to provide insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assist in budgeting and cost analysis for various business initiatives.
- Maintain and update business databases, reports, and planning documents.
- Support in the development of process improvements and business optimization strategies.
- Assist in preparing meeting materials, reports, and dashboards for management.
- Handle administrative tasks related to business planning and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, data visualization, and forecasting techniques is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or financial research.
