Global PPC Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented leader to manage our in-house PPC team, optimize global campaigns, and maximize ROAS across significant budgets and international accounts. If you have a deep understanding of SEM, a data-driven approach, and a passion for driving impactful results in a global context, we want to hear from you.
Accountabilities- Define and drive our global PPC strategy across all platforms, ensuring that demand-driven activity is aligned with relevant business goals and integrated within overall channel roadmap.
- Responsible for identifying and recommending how channel and platform roadmaps can be continually optimized to get the maximum return on investment, while adhering to channel CoS.
- Lead, manage, and develop the in-house PPC team, fostering a high-performance culture. Define roles, set ambitious KPIs, forecast performance, actively coach, mentor, and upskill team members to ensure they are equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices.
- Oversee the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of global PPC campaigns across platforms. Ensure best practices in keyword strategy, ad creative, landing pages, and targeting. Drive continuous improvement through rigorous analysis, testing, and data-driven insights.
- Develop, manage, and control the PPC budget to maximize ROI and ROAS. Analyze performance, identify efficiencies, and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams and external platform partners.
- Maintain deep expertise in PPC platforms and emerging technologies. Drive adoption of new tools and ensure accurate tracking and analytics.
- Lead the day-to-day relationships with key external agency and supplier partners (Google, Bing, Baidu, etc.).
- Minimum 6 years' experience working across multiple digital media assets (SEM, eCommerce, Social, etc.) for globally recognized consumer brand, ideally 8-10 years PPC management experience.
- Strategic experience in fast-paced digital/agency environments.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing agencies.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with web analytics platforms (Adobe, Google Analytics, SA360).
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Management experience managing multiple digital media asset teams.
- Proficient in tracking and reporting, as well as working with third-party bidding tools such as Marin, Kenshoo, or SA360.
- Previous experience in managing a team and third-party agencies.
- Experience in a comparable role where you are coordinating activity across all paid media channels and will have a good track record of delivering ROI on digital marketing spend.
- Preferred knowledge, or evidenced interest in digital technology.
