The Role: Social Media Marketing Manager

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' brand strategies, content direction, and online presence. You'll develop cutting-edge social media strategies, create compelling content, and build strong relationships with our clients to ensure their success.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop brand strategies and creative concepts that set brands apart.
  2. Oversee and execute content creation – from visuals to copywriting and storytelling.
  3. Manage end-to-end social media marketing, including content calendars, posting, engagement, and analytics.
  4. Identify weaknesses in a brand's social media presence and offer innovative solutions to drive engagement and growth.
  5. Work closely with clients, building strong, trust-based relationships while guiding them through strategic decisions.
  6. Monitor and anticipate social media trends – and create original ones.
  7. Collaborate with our videographers, photographers, and designers to create top-tier content.
  8. Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

What You Need to Succeed:

  1. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, and content creation.
  2. A proven track record of building successful brand strategies and social media trends.
  3. Hands-on experience with content production, copywriting, and analytics tools.
  4. A portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and brand transformations.
  5. Strong understanding of paid and organic social media marketing.
  6. Experience in managing multiple clients across different industries.
