About the role:

Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in accelerating business growth? Our agency, a renowned provider of .net web development and digital solutions, is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead our expansion in the UAE and GCC markets. In this strategic role, you will decouple traditional growth barriers and design innovative, customer-centric strategies that not only drive revenue but also build robust client relationships. Working in close partnership with the Board of Directors and senior executives, you'll ensure our growth initiatives align with our overall business objectives, ultimately resolving client challenges through digital transformation and integrated ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our company vision. You will identify untapped markets and craft tailored approaches to engage both new and existing clients.
  2. Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing strong, long-term relationships with our current clients. Your customer-centric approach will ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the UAE & GCC regions.
  4. Revenue Generation: Drive sustainable revenue growth by implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with our agency's digital-first approach.
  5. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor and manage a high-performing growth team in Dubai. You'll coordinate closely with departments such as marketing, sales, development, QA, and support to ensure a decoupled yet cohesive execution of our strategy.
  6. Project Oversight: Oversee project delivery for Dubai Clients and provide support to the UK delivery team, ensuring seamless integration of client needs and operational excellence.
  7. Performance Reporting: Deliver regular and insightful performance reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting KPIs such as revenue growth, client acquisition, market penetration, and pipeline management.
  8. Operational Management: Manage day-to-day operations including team scheduling, event planning, and social media strategy development to enhance our local presence from day one.

  1. Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed targeted quarterly and annual revenue growth rates.
  2. Client Acquisition & Retention: Secure new clients and maintain high retention and satisfaction levels amongst existing clients.
  3. Market Penetration: Successfully enter and establish our presence in new market segments within the UAE & GCC.
  4. Partnership Development: Forge strategic partnerships that enhance our market research and service offerings.
  5. Team Performance: Measure the effectiveness and productivity of your growth team, ensuring collective achievement of set targets.
  6. Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain an efficient sales pipeline and provide timely, accurate updates to the Board.
