OTA Distribution & Operations Manager

OTOLO Homes, a key division of Masarra DMC, is seeking a results-driven OTA Distribution & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and optimize our OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, and others) to maximize occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate listing management, implement dynamic pricing strategies, and enhance guest experience through data-driven decision-making. This role includes financial tracking, process improvement, and performance reporting to support OTOLO Homes, part of Masarra DMC, offering bundled accommodations and theme park packages.

Responsibilities

OTA Platform Optimization & Booking Calendar Management

  • Manage OTA distribution strategy across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms to enhance visibility, booking performance, and revenue generation.
  • Ensure seamless distribution and real-time synchronization of availability, pricing, and restrictions across all OTA channels and direct booking platforms.
  • Monitor and resolve discrepancies to prevent double bookings or overbookings.
  • Conduct keyword optimization, improved listing descriptions, and updated property images for better performance.

Process Tracking & Unit Onboarding

  • Oversee the full unit onboarding process, ensuring properties meet OTA listing requirements, maintain brand consistency, and are optimized for ranking and conversion.
  • Maintain a centralized tracker for unit onboarding status, timelines, and task completion.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure listings meet platform-specific requirements and brand consistency.
  • Oversee unit cleaning and maintenance schedules to maintain top-tier guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience & Reputation Management

  • Analyze guest feedback and OTA platform reviews to identify recurring issues and implement improvement strategies.
  • Develop action plans to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize review scores.
  • Implement a prompt response to guest reviews and inquiries to maintain high engagement and visibility on OTA platforms.
  • Collaborate with guest services to manage last-minute booking changes and special requests efficiently.
  • Work closely with finance teams to track financial performance per unit and ensure accurate cost allocation (maintenance, utilities, commissions, etc.).
  • Develop reports on unit-level profitability and assist in budget forecasting.
  • Analyze OTA commission structures, negotiate favorable terms when applicable, and recommend cost-saving strategies to maximize profitability.

Reporting & Performance Analytics

  • Generate detailed reports on key performance indicators, including:
  • Conversion rates on OTA platforms
  • Guest satisfaction scores & NPS
  • Platform ranking & visibility metrics
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing strategies, improve listing performance, and enhance distribution effectiveness across OTA channels.

Package Management & Guest Coordination

  • Coordinate with the ticket issuance team to ensure the seamless delivery of theme park tickets to guests upon check-in.
  • Implement tracking systems for package fulfillment and guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as the escalation point for package-related issues to guarantee a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, short-term rentals, or tourism.
  • Proven track record in OTA platform management and optimization (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and others).
  • Experience with dynamic pricing tools (e.g., Beyond Pricing, Wheelhouse, PriceLabs) and their integration with OTA platforms.
  • Strong expertise in process management, stakeholder coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of financial tracking, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.
  • Familiarity with hospitality technology stacks, including channel managers and property management systems.
