Position Overview
Junior Architect job in Dubai UAE with Parsons Corporation offers an excellent opportunity for UAE Nationals to build a long-term career in residential villa design and construction. This entry-level architecture role focuses on supporting high-quality villa projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and gaining hands‑on experience in architectural design and project delivery within the UAE construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of architectural design concepts for residential villa construction projects in Dubai.
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, layouts, elevations, and presentation materials under senior supervision.
- Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration.
- Contribute to the preparation of schedules, technical documentation, and design reports for construction phases.
- Participate in internal design reviews, workshops, and project coordination meetings.
- Work closely with internal team members and external consultants as directed.
- Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining quality and accuracy standards.
- Provide general architectural support across various stages of the villa development lifecycle.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Internship experience or academic exposure to residential or villa design projects is advantageous.
- Foundational knowledge of architectural design principles for residential developments.
- Basic understanding of construction detailing, materials, and villa construction practices in the UAE.
- Awareness of local building codes, regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability concepts.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative architectural design team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office applications.
