Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: El-Fujairah
Salary: 1000
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to meet company targets, as well as creating long-term relationships with clients.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have strong organizational skills, and be able to work independently. A deep understanding of the market and customer needs is essential. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop business plans and strategies to meet sales objectives
- Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them
- Monitor competitor activities and analyze market trends
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements in products/services
- Create presentations, reports, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in sales management or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
