Job Description

Summary:

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Delano Dubai, you will play a vital role in maintaining our luxurious standards and ensuring an impeccable guest experience. You will lead and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring that our rooms and public areas reflect the sophisticated elegance that Delano is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of cleanliness and service.
  2. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with Delano's quality standards and attention to detail.
  3. Training & Development: Mentor and train new and existing team members on best practices, safety procedures, and exceptional service standards.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and properly maintained.
  5. Guest Interaction: Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.
  6. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all housekeeping operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

  1. Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
  2. Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
  3. Operational Knowledge: You are proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
  4. Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
