  4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
  5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and certification management software.

Qualifications – Education/Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
  2. Minimum 10 years' experience in accounting required.
  3. UAE Charter Accountant highly preferred.
  4. Four years of audit experience required.
  5. 2+ years of payroll and benefit administration experience.
  6. Excellent project management skills.
  7. Experience in bank payments & bank relations.
  8. Payroll firm experience.
  9. Comfortable working in a global corporation with time zone differences.

Duties/Responsibilities: (Position Specific)

  1. Assist with payroll processing, coordination, and management.
  2. Ensure wage and hour and labor law compliance.
  3. Manage employee Visa and employment contracts.
  4. Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets and reconciliations.
  5. Manage inventory ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  6. Manage wall to wall inventory annually or as required.
  7. Handle Intercompany billing and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  8. Participate in month-end closing procedures and accruals for accurate financial reporting.
  9. Support quarterly and yearly closing activities.
  10. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings as required.
  11. Manage currency exchange processes.
  12. Oversee, track, and manage petty cash.
  13. Oversee and manage daily accounting operations including general ledger and bank reconciliations.
  14. Review and approve payments ensuring they are processed accurately and timely.
  15. Manage bank payment and bank relations.
  16. Act as primary point of contact for external auditors and third-party tax accountants.
  17. Process business trade license and other renewals.
  18. Manage utility bill payments – Mobile phone, internet, electricity, water, sewage.
