As Chef De Partie - Pastry, we rely on you to:
  1. Take responsibility for the Desserts and Pastry section production
  2. Supervise the daily operation of the Pastry section
  3. Ensure the food quality is always of high standards
  4. Assist in planning and designing the daily menu
  5. Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
We are looking for someone who:
  1. Has any culinary degree/diploma
  2. Has minimum one year (1) experience as Chef de Partie - Pastry either in a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel background
  3. Has a creative eye for details
  4. Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
  5. Has excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  6. Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
  7. Communicates and writes fluently in English
