Responsibilities

• Type all the applications in Arabic & English into the online MOHRE/ICP such as job offer, work permit, labor contract and cancellation.
• Keep the team updated with changes in the rules and procedures.
• Monitor the MOHRE system to ensure timely renewal of all employee's visas, labour cards, and labour contracts to keep company's records updated in the labour and Immigration Departments.
• Provide assistance to the team on requirements such as driving license, car registrations, and other legal requirements.
• Prepare Arabic letters to various departments on a request basis.
• Keep track of invoices and bills related to MOHRE and ICP services for any Ad-Hoc reporting and monthly review.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employees and the companies' data and not share it with others.

Requirements:

• Good command of English and have good conversational and written skills in Arabic language.
• Strong skills in typing English and Arabic letters.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in MOHRE, Immigration "ICP", Emirates ID and other government-related activities.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
• Diploma.
