Join our rapidly scaling property listing platform, hosting over 60,000 stakeholders We're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist who is passionate about driving organic growth and has deep expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page and Off-Page SEO, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, SEO Auditing, Indexation, and Canonicalisation.

This is a strategic role for someone who lives and breathes SEO, understands the technical complexities of large-scale platforms, and knows how to turn data into actionable growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full spectrum of SEO activities: Technical SEO, On-Page, and Off-Page optimizations.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues and implement improvements (site architecture, crawlability, indexing, speed, structured data, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize site indexation and canonicalisation to avoid duplication and improve rankings.
  • Optimize website structure, internal linking, and meta elements for better visibility and user experience.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies aligned with white-hat practices.
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of SEO, search engine, and algorithm updates to maintain high SERP rankings.
  • Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across all digital touchpoints.
  • Provide guidance and training to internal teams to enhance SEO awareness.
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on Technical SEO for large-scale websites.
  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Proficient in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
  • Experience with indexation management, canonical tags, schema markup, and structured data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience with website migrations, performance optimizations, and complex site structures.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
