Team Leader Engineering

About you

You are able to understand our customers' requirements and translate them into attractive proposals with the required engineering work. Your excellent cooperation and communication skills make it easy to act as an interface between the sales team and the support functions located across the globe. As a leader for the lean Engineering and Quotations team for Türkiye, West Asia and Africa, you will assist the sales force in expanding our 4PRO contracts within the region with end-to-end support (from lead identification to business model implementation).

In addition, you have:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in technical sales or technical marketing of refractories and/or in the application of refractories in the steel or industrial environment.
• Experience in preparing drawings would be a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, ceramic engineering, or metallurgical engineering).
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Distinctive problem-solving competence and strong customer orientation.

About the job

The main purpose of this job is to support sales with the right techno-commercial proposal to achieve our business ambitions. You will lead a quotation team in India and connect our engineering requirements with the design hub in Latam. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing the templates and necessary governance for the expansion of our 4PRO business across the region (from lead generation to business model implementation in connection with different stakeholders such as TE&S, Finance, Legal, etc.).

Your tasks will include:

• Providing quotations and designs to the sales team.
• Following the sales competence guidelines and ensuring that the quotations are compliant.
• Developing templates and analysis tools for the sales team to make informed decisions.
• Elaborating 4PRO offers in coordination with different stakeholders.
• Defining business models for different countries based on principles such as tax compliance and lean setup.
• Promoting the 4PRO business models along with sales.
• Identifying opportunities for 4PRO business models.
