A Senior Account Executive in Public Relations typically has a dynamic and multifaceted role.

Yardstick Marketing is an integrated marketing agency based in the UAE, working with a portfolio of local and global brands.

Responsibilities:
  1. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day interactions and ensuring client satisfaction.
  2. Media Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, pitch stories, and secure media coverage.
  3. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of PR strategies that align with clients' business goals.
  4. Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread press releases, pitches, and other PR materials.
  5. Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Event Coordination: Plan and execute PR events, including product launches, press conferences, and media tours.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and present reports on PR activities and results to clients.
Requirements:
  1. Experience: Typically, 4+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency setting.
  2. Education: A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  4. Knowledge: Understanding of media landscapes and trends, as well as the ability to develop and execute effective PR strategies.
  5. Attributes: Strategic thinker, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Minimum: 2 years of UAE experience.

This role is crucial for building and maintaining a positive public image for clients and requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
