  1. Responsible for completing the daily checklist regarding mise-en-place and food storage.

  3. Work to the specifications received by the supervisor regarding portion size, quantity and quality as laid down in the recipe index.
  4. Cook and present as per the standardized recipes.
  5. Maintain quality & consistency with effective utilization of raw materials.
  6. Assist in food trial for menu changes.

Qualifications

  1. You have the capacity to multi-task and cope well under pressure.
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience working as a Commis Chef.
