The Receptionist & Operations Assistant supports the day-to-day administrative functions of Imfluence's office, providing a welcoming environment for guests and supporting the team with various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, representing Imfluence's brand professionally.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including scheduling and file management.
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering, ensuring the office is well-stocked.
- Support the People & Culture team with onboarding tasks.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a must.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scheduling tools.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
