About the Role :

A leading industrial services provider in the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Business Development Officer to lead client acquisition and revenue growth efforts across the UAE and GCC. This is a key role focused on expanding inspection, maintenance, and repair services within the downstream sector.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans targeting refineries, petrochemical plants, storage terminals, and service providers.
  • Identify and build relationships with new clients across the UAE and GCC.
  • Lead tendering, proposal writing, and contract negotiations.
  • Support company registration with key operators and industry entities.
  • Align sales initiatives with internal operations, manpower, and technical capabilities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with agents, subcontractors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and international QHSE standards.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development in the downstream oil & gas sector.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and wider GCC downstream industry landscape.
  • Existing network within refineries, petrochemical companies, and industrial operators.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Based in UAE with the ability and willingness to travel across GCC.

  • Investigate customer complaints in coordination with operations and QHSE teams.
  • Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
