Security Specialist (Indian Nationals)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop security procedures to mitigate potential threats
- Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms, to identify any suspicious activity
- Respond quickly and efficiently to any security breaches or incidents
- Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Train employees on security protocols and procedures
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of security measures in place
- Stay updated on current security trends and developments to ensure the company's security protocols are up-to-date
Requirements
- Must be an Indian national with fluency in English (Arabic language skills is a plus)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a contract job setting
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively
- Attention to detail with strong observation skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
