We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our Direct Sales team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our financial services organization, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals while contributing to the growth of our mortgage portfolio.
Responsibilities:- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments to determine clients' mortgage eligibility and needs.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage products, terms, and conditions to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
- Prepare and present mortgage applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and lenders to structure favorable mortgage deals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE mortgage industry.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing of mortgage applications.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant mortgage advisor certification (e.g., Certified Mortgage Advisor).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mortgage lending or related financial services.
- Proven track record in direct sales, preferably in the banking or real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Advanced financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in mortgage lending software and CRM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage regulations and banking practices.
- Understanding of real estate market trends in Dubai and the UAE.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required to meet client needs.
