Primary Responsibilities
  1. Perform thorough evaluations of patients in emergency situations
  2. Rapidly diagnose and manage a wide range of acute medical conditions
  3. Administer emergency treatments and life-saving interventions as necessary
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  5. Document all procedures, evaluations, and patient interactions accurately
  6. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department
  7. Educate patients and their families on emergency care and recovery plans
RequirementsEssential Qualifications:
  1. M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school
  2. Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency program
  3. Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine
  4. Must hold a current and valid medical license
  5. Previous experience in emergency settings is preferred
  6. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  7. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  8. Ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under stress
  9. Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in emergency medicine
