We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving performance through our talented workforce.

Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Work closely with senior management to plan and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and results.
  2. Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee growth. Implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top talent. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.
  4. Payroll and Attendance Management: Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain attendance records and address related issues.
  5. Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and fairness. Promote open communication channels within the organization.
  6. Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law and government regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments.
  7. Retention and Talent Development: Develop retention strategies to retain top talent. Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
  8. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure HR-related results.

  • Responsible and committed individual.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling employee grievances and fostering healthy employee relations.
  • Prior experience working in the IT sector is an advantage.
