We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our company's culture and driving performance through our talented workforce.
Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives. Work closely with senior management to plan and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and results.
- Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and employee growth. Implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring top talent. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees.
- Payroll and Attendance Management: Oversee payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain attendance records and address related issues.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances and conflicts with professionalism and fairness. Promote open communication channels within the organization.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labor Law and government regulations. Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and implement necessary adjustments.
- Retention and Talent Development: Develop retention strategies to retain top talent. Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure HR-related results.

- Demonstrated expertise in handling employee grievances and fostering healthy employee relations.
- Prior experience working in the IT sector is an advantage.
