Responsibilities:

  1. To monitor project performance and progress and to keep the client informed of the consequences of any shortfall.
  2. Review all concession and deviation requests from EPC Contractor and other parties and make appropriate recommendations to the PMT.
  3. To adequately monitor EPC Contractor's performance, quality, and safety and ensure that the work is in full compliance within the scope of the EPC contract.
  4. Participate in weekly/monthly/extraordinary review meetings.
  5. Prepare project control reports as required by the contract between PMC and Client.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university with a minimum of 20+ years relevant work experience at senior Project Management level.
  2. Age not more than 60 years.
  3. A degree in Business Administration or Project/Program Management is desirable.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage similar projects internationally.
  5. Need to work along with other teams working on Tank Farm Construction for the same project, especially on interface aspects.
  6. Basic awareness of FEED, detailed engineering, relationship/compliance on FEED vs detailed engineering, etc.
  7. Basic awareness of engineering such as PFD, P&ID, 3D Modelling/PDMS by contractor, HAZOP requirements, etc.
  8. Basic awareness of interface requirements as specified in the contract agreement on battery limit, tie-in points, instrument/telecom aspects, etc.
  9. Basic awareness of the procurement cycle on equipment and the required status of vendors on pre-qualification.
  10. Basic knowledge of equipment erection, hydro testing of pipelines, etc.
  11. Good written communication in English on behalf of the client.
  12. To have a cordial relationship among client, contractor, and any third party without compromising on project quality and safety.
